OBJECTIVES
- Recruit from reservations, towns and vocational technical schools.
- Encourage electrical workers to have residential, commercial, and
industrial licenses.
- Train America Indians to do professional work
and establish electrical companies on reservations.
- Train apprentices and intermediate journeyman on-line when they travel.
- Help individuals in all aspects to acquire a company license.
- Seek work on and off reservations.
- Send business newsletters to contributors to the Foundation of Four
Directions, independent contractors, tribes and communities.
SERVICES
- Take care of workers and families physically, mentally, and spiritually by offering work, good insurance and encouragement for a sober life.
- Foundation of Four Directions sees the opportunity to divest federal housing project grants issued to tribes, by first training Native American Indian apprentices with certified electrician's, thereby generating local trade electrician's employment opportunities.
- Help Native American Indians to reclaim their own culture by changing some government policies and providing school seminars for younger generations and their community.
- Provide community activities and seminars for workers, students, and families to prepare for the up-coming events.
